FANTAZIA is a variety of eggplant without thorns which facilitates the picking. Its green chalice (sepals), gives a sensation of freshness always present after the harvest.
FANTAZIA is a new variety, very attractive because of its light purple color and its white streaks.
Fruit of 15-20 cm, smooth and shiny thin skin, does not mark during the various manipulations. Its delicate white flesh is free of bitterness. The stocky plant is suitable to open field production as well as under greenhouse.
FANTAZIA is a very productive variety.
No pruning in open field.
In greenhouse :
Remove side shoots that start from the collar. Keep only the main stem, pinch it above the second cluster. Secondary branches that develop will be pinched above the leaf growing immediately after the second flower of each of these new branches. Delete all other branches or releases. Stake.
